We provide ongoing comprehensive analysis of the state of all parts of our partner's business, including their competitors and adjacent market opportunities. We consolidate the insights gathered from these analyses into a goal pyramid that illuminates our Strategy Development process.
Strategy Development
Mapping out ways to achieve our goals
We explore the goal pyramid for business areas with the best improvement potentials to seed our project pipeline. We select a specific goal in the goal pyramid and develop a strategy with minimal downside and maximum upside potential.

Dealing with pitfalls on the road
No plan survives first contact with the enemy. We continue working with our partners after a project completes the Strategy Development phase, adapting the project to market conditions in a systematic way, all the way from pilot testing to implementing at scale.

Strategy Assessment
Learning from the journey
Our pipeline culminates with a comprehensive project assessment report, including quantitative indicators pre-specified in the Strategy Development phase and qualitative observations gathered during the Strategy Execution stage. We incorporate all of the insights learned in this process into our models to guide future strategic decisions.
